We accept eligible returns and refund requests within the windows below.
Physical Books
Physical books may be returned for a refund within seven days of delivery. Returned books should be in substantially the same condition in which they were received.
Digital Books
Digital books may be refunded within 24 hours of email delivery of the book.
How To Start A Return
Email help@betterbookshelves.com with your order number and the reason for the return request.
